At SunFloat®, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Policy Please note that we generally do not accept returns or allow refunds for change of mind or personal preference. All sales are final.
Damages and Issues We take great care in packaging your products. However, if your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon reception and contact us immediately at support@sunfloat.shop. We will evaluate the issue and, if the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items At SunFloat®, we want you to enjoy your purchase, but due to the nature of our inflatable products, we cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

Used Items: Once the product has been inflated, used, or submerged in water, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Damages Due to Misuse: We cannot accept returns for products that have been damaged due to improper handling, over-inflation, or accidental punctures during use.

Personal Preference: As this is a pool accessory intended for personal use, we do not accept returns based on change of mind or personal preference after the item has been removed from its original packaging.
Products must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition to be considered for any exception. Gift cards are also non-returnable.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (Defective/Damaged Items Only) If your return of a defective or damaged item is approved, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the product. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
